Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For the warranty to be valid, the product must be inspected upon delivery. If any damage is observed, a damage report must be filed, and the product should not be accepted. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty.

If the product you purchased from our website is defective, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Following this, the defective product, which you will send back to us via the shipping company, will be replaced with a new one. Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product defect is due to customer misuse or if the product has been used within the 14-day period. The return and exchange conditions are based on the practices stipulated in the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
