DEFINITIONS

WEBSITE: The platform where the SELLER sells its Products and Services to the Consumer online, represented as www.zevhali.com in this agreement.

SELLER: The legal entity whose information is given in Article 1 of this Agreement.

PRODUCT/PRODUCTS: Includes all goods and services sold to CONSUMERS on the WEBSITE.

CONSUMER: Refers to individuals who order PRODUCTS via the WEBSITE.

AGREEMENT: Contains the terms and obligations of the sale transaction performed by the SELLER to the CONSUMER via the WEBSITE.

Subject of the Agreement: This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale-delivery to the Consumer of the products/services ("Product/Products") specified below, which the Consumer wishes to purchase by placing an order on the WEBSITE, including cases where the Consumer transacts using the application on their mobile device, and other related matters. After the Consumer approves this agreement on the WEBSITE, the price and expenses of the Product(s) ordered will be collected using the chosen payment method.

• The consumer can pay for the products included in the order by choosing the following method:

• Payment by credit card or debit card

• The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The Consumer can also exercise the right of withdrawal until the delivery of the goods.
• The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract for service performance is established; for contracts related to the delivery of goods, it begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer can also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between the establishment of the contract and the delivery of the goods. For determining the withdrawal period;

• For goods that are the subject of a single order but delivered separately, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last good,
• For goods consisting of multiple parts, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last part,
• For contracts where the good is delivered regularly over a certain period, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first good is taken as the basis.

How Do I Return?

1. Click on the ‘Product Cancellation and Return’ heading at the bottom of our webpage.
2. On the opened page, click the ‘Start return process here’ button.
3. In the requested email address field, enter the email address you provided when placing the order.
4. From the opened account, select the products you wish to return under the ‘My Orders’ heading and create a return request.
5. Select the product to be returned and the reason for return. If you purchased more than one of the same product, you must also select the quantity of products to be returned.
6. If more than one cargo option appears, make your cargo selection.
7. Once your return request is approved within 3 business days, a return code will be sent to your email, note this code.
8. When shipping the product to be returned, make sure the package is intact.
9. It is sufficient to provide the return code to the cargo branch on behalf of the seller's information.
10. The return package must be handed over to the cargo company within 10 days at the latest after receiving the return code.
11. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the moment the product reaches the seller.

12. The reflection of the product price from the bank to the consumer's account may vary according to the return process and banks.

• The Consumer must return the product within 10 (ten) days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal, depending on the chosen method. The invoice, the product box, its packaging, any standard accessories, and other products gifted with the Product must also be returned complete and undamaged in a single package. The Consumer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur if the product is used in accordance with its operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions during the withdrawal period. Accordingly, if changes or deteriorations occur due to the Product not being used in accordance with its usage instructions, technical specifications, and operation until the date of withdrawal, the Consumer may lose the right of withdrawal.
• As long as the Consumer sends the Product to be returned via the cargo companies contracted by the SELLER, the return shipping cost belongs to the SELLER.
• Within 14 (fourteen) days from the Consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments made by the Consumer for the relevant Product, including the delivery costs of the Product (provided that the goods are sent back via the carrier specified by the SELLER for return), will be refunded to the Consumer in accordance with the payment method used by the Consumer at the time of purchase, without any cost or obligation to the consumer. In credit card transactions, the refund of the product price to the bank will be reflected in the Consumer's accounts after the SELLER completes the refund process and after the relevant bank's refund process is completed.
• If the amount of the campaign limit determined by the SELLER falls below the limit due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited from within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.

• Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

According to the legislation, the Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• In contracts for goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and which are beyond the control of the Seller (e.g., jewelry, gold, and silver category products);
• In contracts for the delivery of goods prepared in accordance with the Buyer's requests or explicit personal needs, which are not suitable for return by their nature and are at risk of rapid deterioration or whose expiration date may pass;
• In contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; where their return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons;
• In contracts for goods that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature;
• In contracts for books, audio or visual recordings, software programs, and computer consumables supplied in a physical environment, provided that their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened by the Buyer;
• Products produced according to the consumer's request and outside of standard production dimensions, personalized, with altered standards, prepared and sent in different sizes and styles, cannot be returned to the seller for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
• In contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement;
• In contracts related to accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or recreation that must be performed on a specific date or period;
• In contracts related to the performance of betting and lottery services;
• In contracts related to services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the end of the right of withdrawal period; and
• In contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (such as coupons).
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods or services excluded from the scope of the Distance Contracts Regulation (food items, beverages or other daily consumption items delivered to the Buyer's residence with the Seller's regular deliveries, and services in areas such as travel, accommodation, restaurants, entertainment).
• In cases where the right of withdrawal is used for all or part of the products subject to the order, if the minimum purchase amount for the SELLER's free shipping (delivery) campaign (if the Consumer has benefited from it) falls below, the entire amount of the unpaid delivery-shipping fee within the scope of the campaign will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the Consumer. In cases where the Consumer has paid a delivery-shipping fee, the entire amount of this fee will be refunded to the Consumer.

Other products gifted with the product must also be returned complete and undamaged in a single package. The Consumer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur if the product is used in accordance with its operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions during the withdrawal period. Accordingly, if changes or deteriorations occur due to the Product not being used in accordance with its usage instructions, technical specifications, and operation until the date of withdrawal, the Consumer may lose the right of withdrawal.
