CONSUMER RIGHTS – CANCELLATION – RETURN – WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The BUYER, who places an order electronically via the ZEV HALI website, is deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented before the order.

2. This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Shipping fees for products are covered by the SELLER for the first shipment, unless otherwise stated on the campaign or product page.

4. The purchased product is delivered to the address provided by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 (thirty) days at the latest. For products not delivered within this period, the BUYER may terminate the contract.

5. Products are delivered in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, complete and undamaged.

6. In the event that the product subject to sale cannot be supplied or its sale becomes impossible, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER within 3 days at the latest from the date of learning of this situation, and the collected amount shall be refunded within 14 days.

PROVISIONS REGARDING PAYMENT

7. If the BUYER fails to pay the product price or if the bank/credit card transaction is canceled, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

8. If the credit card is found to have been used without authorization due to no fault of the BUYER, and the amount is not paid to the SELLER by the bank, the BUYER is obliged to return the product within a reasonable period. In this case, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the SELLER.

FORCE MAJEURE

9. In the event that the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure, the BUYER is notified.
   The BUYER may request:

• cancellation of the order,

• replacement with a similar product,

• postponement of delivery.

In case of order cancellation, the collected amount is refunded within 14 days.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

10. The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product before taking delivery. Products that are clearly damaged or defective should not be accepted, and a report should be drawn up with the cargo officer. It is accepted that the delivered product is intact.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

11. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal for standard production products not custom-made, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without any justification.

12. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the SELLER via a durable data carrier (e.g., email) within this period.

EXERCISE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

13. The product price is refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification by the SELLER, using the payment method chosen by the BUYER.

14. If there is no defect, damage, manufacturing error, or incorrect shipment originating from the SELLER in the product:

• The BUYER can choose any cargo company for return.

• If the BUYER does not choose a cargo company, the return shipment is made with the most affordable cargo company determined by the SELLER.

• In this case, the return shipping fee is borne by the BUYER.

If the product is defective, the return shipping fee is covered by the SELLER.

15. The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

16. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Carpets cut to size, custom-made, or prepared in non-standard dimensions at the BUYER's request,

• Products with custom weaving, pattern, size, or feature changes made for the BUYER,

• Services that began to be performed with the BUYER's consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LOSS OF VALUE

17. In the event that the product's value decreases due to the BUYER's fault, the SELLER has the right to claim the incurred damage.
    However, the BUYER cannot be held responsible for changes resulting from the inspection of the product in accordance with its nature within the withdrawal period.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

18. Payments can be made by bank transfer, EFT, or credit card.

19. For payments made by credit card, refund transactions may reflect on the BUYER's account depending on the bank's processes.
