Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
2. SHIPPING TIME
Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping times may vary depending on the workload. During campaign and discount periods, shipping times may be longer. This period does not include delivery times for special production or personalized products.
3. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES
Your orders are delivered through contracted cargo companies.
Shipping fees are paid by ZEV Halı.
If you are not at your address during delivery, you will need to pick up your package from the nearest branch.
4. DELIVERY ORDER TRACKING
When your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS.
You can track the shipping status on the official website of the relevant cargo company.
5. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY
It is very important to open the package you received in the presence of the cargo officer and check for damage, so that you do not lose your rights in subsequent processes.
The buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery; dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and defective goods/services should not be received from the cargo company. Goods received without a report will be deemed undamaged and sound. The BUYER must carefully protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
If you notice any damage or missing items in the package, please contact us by having a report taken by the cargo officer. For damaged or incomplete deliveries, re-shipment or refund procedures will be initiated as soon as possible.
