Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws, regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
2. SHIPPING TIME
Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation is received.
Shipping times may vary depending on the volume of orders. Shipping times may be even longer during campaign and discount periods. This time frame does not include delivery time for custom-made or personalized products.
3. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES
Your orders are delivered via our contracted shipping companies.
Shipping costs are covered by ZEV Carpet.
If you are not at your address during delivery, you will need to pick up your package from the nearest branch.
4. DELIVERY ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track the status of your shipment on the official website of the relevant shipping company.
5. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY
Opening your package in the presence of the delivery person and checking for damage is extremely important to avoid any loss of rights later on.
The buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery; damaged or defective goods/services, such as those with dents, breaks, or torn packaging, should not be accepted from the shipping company. Goods accepted without a delivery receipt will be considered undamaged and in good condition. The BUYER is obliged to carefully protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
If you notice any damage or missing items in the package, please have the delivery person prepare a damage report and contact us. For orders delivered damaged or incomplete, we will initiate reshipment or refund processes as soon as possible.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
We currently only ship domestically. For international shipping, please contact us.
