Our Customers Who Shop at Our Stores

When you shop at our stores, we process your identity, contact, customer transaction, legal transaction, and financial information. For the purpose of completing sales transactions, concluding and fulfilling the sales contract, issuing invoices, processing your name, surname, address information, shopping and payment information, and additionally your email address to ensure that your invoice is sent to you electronically. If your purchase was made with a credit/debit card, we also process your credit/debit card information to be transferred to the relevant payment institution.

Our Store Visitors

We process the audio and video data of our store visitors. To ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and other third parties against any illegal acts, crimes, or behaviors that may occur in our stores, and to fulfill our obligations to provide information and documents to official/judicial institutions and organizations, we process your audio and video recordings via security cameras installed in our stores.

Through our "Live Sales" option offered via online channels, we conduct video calls with our store sales consultants in our physical stores. During these video calls, audio, video, and photo recordings of the area/store where the sales consultant is located are made.

Our Website/Mobile App Visitors

Our website and mobile application use cookies in accordance with legal regulations to deliver targeted advertisements and improve your shopping experience. For detailed information about cookies, you can review our cookie policy via the pop-up on our website. You have the option to personalize your cookie preferences by changing your browser settings. In addition, we process your IP address and browsing information to ensure data security and compliance with legislation.

Our members

We process your personal data, including identity (name and surname), contact information (email and mobile phone number), and transaction security (log records), through our website and mobile application to complete your membership registration, fulfill the requirements of the membership agreement, and provide you with the best possible service.

If you register through the website and mobile application, we process your date of birth and address information. To allow you to view your order history as a member, we also process your shopping and payment information, including order date, order number, order contents, shipping information, and payment method.

Our Customers Who Shop Through Online Channels

Whether you shop through our website or mobile application as a registered member or not, we process your identity, contact, customer transaction (product information, price, order date, gift note if applicable), legal transaction, and financial information for the purposes of completing the sales transaction, fulfilling the requirements of the distance selling contract, issuing an invoice, delivering the product you purchased to the address you specified, and providing after-sales service upon your request.

If payment is made by credit/debit card, we process your credit/debit card information to transmit it to the payment institution in order to enable payment collection.

If you request that the product you purchased be shipped to a third party, we process the name, address, and mobile phone number of the person whose information you provided for the purpose of delivering your order and providing after-sales service. The personal data you share will only be processed for the purposes of delivering the order to the relevant person and sharing related information with them, and will not be included in marketing activities without the explicit consent of the relevant person. In this case, we would like to state that you are responsible for informing the relevant individuals whose personal data you have shared. Similarly, we also process your identity and contact information if products are shipped to you by third parties.

If you request to connect with our sales consultant via the "Live Sales" option, we process your audio and video data with your explicit consent during the video call. The service provider monitors the location of the person's mobile device, records audio, video, and photos of themselves and their surroundings, and controls features permitted by the operating system, including but not limited to location tracking, camera orientation changes, opening embedded photo and video applications, flash, zoom, photo and video recording, and audio recording.

Our Customers Who Have Granted Permission for Commercial Electronic Communication

By granting ZEV Halı permission to receive commercial electronic communications through any channel (via SMS code or through our website/application), you consent to ZEV Halı directly or indirectly using your personal data for marketing purposes. This includes sending you commercial electronic communications through your chosen channels regarding advertisements, promotions, campaigns, general and special campaigns, advantages, product and service introductions, market research surveys, and other customer satisfaction practices. In this context, ZEV Halı will process your name, surname, mobile phone number, email address, and log information, and your personal data may be shared with third parties that the Company uses for services, limited to this purpose.

You have the option to suspend/withdraw your communication permission to ZEV Halı without giving any reason. You can always withdraw your explicit consent by initiating the refusal process through the channel you authorized.

If you contact us through the contact form on our website, via the contact address, or through our call center, email, or social media accounts, we process your name, surname, social media account information, contact information, order information (if applicable), legal information (if applicable), requests and complaints, and other relevant information you provide regarding your requests and complaints, as well as your call center voice recordings, for the purpose of resolving your requests and complaints, contacting you when necessary, addressing you correctly if you contact us through our call center, managing and improving customer experience processes, and conducting studies in this regard.

Method and Legal Basis for the Collection of Your Personal Data

We process our customers' personal data through automated methods via security cameras and equipment in our stores, semi-automated methods by recording information verbally provided to sales consultants in the store, and automated methods through our systems that record your purchases made through our stores and website.

In addition, we collect your personal data shared with us within the scope of documents received from judicial and administrative authorities, and through the recording of relevant documents in return review processes, as well as through automated methods in electronic media via social media, telephone, and call center channels.

Your personal data is processed pursuant to the following legal grounds:

In accordance with Article 5/1 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), explicit consent is required (if you give permission for commercial electronic communication).

In accordance with Article 5/2 (a) of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), where explicitly provided for in the laws (within the scope of fulfilling our obligations arising from legislation),

In accordance with Article 5/2 (c) of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), processing is necessary because it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract (membership agreement, performance of the sales agreement, execution of sales transactions and provision of after-sales service support).

According to Article 5/2 (ç) of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations (in the context of obtaining store security camera recordings, issuing invoices),

Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right pursuant to Article 5/2 (e) of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) (such as obtaining store security camera recordings; conducting legal and official proceedings).

In accordance with Article 5/2 (f) of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), we process your data based on the legal grounds that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company (such as obtaining store security camera recordings; ensuring transaction security, and carrying out operational processes), provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose requiring its processing under Article 7/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law ceases to exist and/or when the statute of limitations/retention periods that obligate us to process your data under the legislation expire.

Locations to Which Processed Personal Data is Transferred and the Purpose of Transfer

The purpose of processing personal data and the purpose of transferring the data are parallel. As ZEV Halı, we transfer your personal data to third parties in accordance with the purposes stated in this disclosure text and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).

To provide logistics services, resolve your requests and complaints, conduct marketing activities, and process collected personal data, your personal data may be shared with our group companies, collaborating institutions and organizations, and with stores using a shared cash register system for the purpose of managing business processes. If you use a credit card or debit card during your shopping, your payment information is shared with the electronic payment institution and banks providing the service. In addition, to fulfill our information disclosure obligations under the relevant legislation and to exercise our legal rights, your personal data may be shared with public authorities, official institutions and organizations upon request.

How to Contact the Data Controller and Your Rights

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our Company, you have the right to: a) learn whether your personal data is being processed, b) request information if it is being processed, c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose, d) learn the parties to whom it has been transferred domestically/internationally, e) request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly, f) request its deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, g) request that the third parties to whom it has been transferred be notified of the actions taken in accordance with paragraphs (e) and (f) above, h) object to a result that arises against you solely due to analysis by automated systems, i) demand compensation for damages if you have suffered damage due to processing in violation of the Law.

You can submit your requests regarding your personal data processed by ZEV Halı, within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or using the email address you previously provided to ZEV Halı and which is registered in our system, to kayagulhali@hotmail.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. Alternatively, you can submit your application using the Data Subject Application Form.
