In this Disclosure Text, the principles regarding the processing of your personal data by ZEV HALI, data controller located at “Ulugazi Mah.100. Yıl Bulvarı No:144 İlkadım/Samsun”, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and relevant legislation, are stated below.
Our Customers Shopping at Our Stores
If you shop at our stores, we process our customers' identity, contact, customer transaction, legal transaction, and financial information. Within the scope of carrying out sales transactions, for the conclusion and performance of the sales contract, invoicing, we process your first and last name, address information, shopping and payment information, and additionally your e-mail address to ensure that your invoice related to your purchase is sent to you electronically, and your credit/debit card information by transferring it to the relevant payment institution if your purchase is made with a credit/debit card.
Our Store Visitors
We process the voice and image data of our store visitors. We process your voice and image recordings through security cameras located in our stores to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and other third parties against any acts, crimes, or behaviors contrary to the legislation that may occur in our stores, and to fulfill our obligations to provide information and documents and other related obligations to official/judicial institutions and organizations.
With the "Live Stream Shopping" option we provide to our customers through online channels, video calls are made in our stores via a store sales consultant. During video calls; voice, video, and photo recordings of the area/store where the sales consultant is located are made.
Our Website/Mobile Application Visitors
During your website and mobile application visits, cookies compliant with legal regulations are used to provide targeted promotions and improve your shopping experience. For detailed information about cookies, you can review our cookie policy via the pop-up on our website. You have the opportunity to customize your cookie preferences by changing your browser settings. Additionally, we process your IP address and browsing information to ensure information processing security and to conduct activities in accordance with legislation.
Our Members
We process your identity (first and last name), contact (e-mail and mobile phone), and transaction security (log record) personal data to complete your membership transactions via the website and mobile application, fulfill the requirements of the membership agreement, and provide you with the best possible service.
If you register via the website and mobile application, we process your date of birth and address information. To allow you to view your order history as a member, we process your shopping and payment information, including order date, order number, order content, shipping information, and payment method.
If you request us to notify you when an item is back in stock, we process your product information and the e-mail data you provided with your request to fulfill this request.
Our Customers Shopping Through Online Channels
If you shop as a member or without being a member through the website and mobile application, we process your identity, contact, customer transaction (product information, price, order date, gift note if available), legal transaction, and financial information to complete the sales transaction, fulfill the requirements of the distance sales contract, issue an invoice, deliver the product you purchased to the address you specified, and provide after-sales service if you request it.
If the payment is made by credit/debit card, we process your credit/debit card information to be transferred to the payment institution to ensure the collection of the payment.
If you request the product you purchased to be sent to a third party, we process the first name, last name, address, and mobile phone number information of the relevant person to deliver your order to the person whose information you shared and to provide after-sales service. The personal data you share will only be processed for the purpose of delivering the order to the relevant person and sharing information related to this with the relevant person, and will not be included in marketing activities processes as the relevant person's explicit consent is not present. In this case, we would like to state that the responsibility for informing the relevant persons whose personal data you have shared belongs to you. Similarly, if products are sent to you by third parties, we process your identity and contact information.
If you request to connect to our sales consultant via the "Live Stream Shopping" option; we process your voice and image data with your explicit consent during the video call. The service provider controls the mobile device's location of the person making the call, voice, video, and photo recording of themselves and their surroundings, location acquisition, camera direction change, embedded photo and video capture application opening, as well as flash, zoom, photo and video capture, sound recording and, without being limited to these, features allowed by the operating system.
Our Customers Who Give Consent for Commercial Electronic Communication
If you give consent for commercial electronic communication to ZEV Halı through any channel (via SMS code or via our website/application), your personal data will be processed by ZEV Halı for direct or indirect marketing activities; you consent to receive commercial electronic messages through the channels you choose regarding general and special campaigns, advantages, product and service promotions, advertisements, market research surveys, and other customer satisfaction applications of an advertising, promotional, campaign, and similar nature. In this context, ZEV Halı will process your first and last name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, and log record information, and for this limited purpose, your personal data may be shared with third parties from whom the Company receives services.
You have the option to stop/withdraw the communication consent you have given to ZEV Halı without any justification. You can always withdraw your explicit consent by initiating the rejection process through the channel you gave consent.

If you contact us via the contact form on our website, contact address, or through our call center, e-mail, or social media accounts, we process your first and last name, social media account information, contact information, order information if you share it, legal transaction information if relevant, your requests and complaints, other relevant information you will provide based on your request and complaint, and call center voice recordings to resolve your requests and complaints, contact you when necessary, address you correctly if you contact us via our call center, manage and improve customer experience processes, and for use as evidence in our customer satisfaction efforts and in any disputes that may arise between us.
Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data
We process the personal data of our customers automatically through security cameras and equipment in our stores, semi-automatically by recording information verbally declared to the sales consultant in the store into our system, and automatically through our systems that record your purchases through our stores and website.
Additionally, we collect your personal data shared with us within the scope of documents received from judicial and administrative authorities and through non-automatic means by recording relevant documents during return review processes, and through social media, phone, and call center channels in electronic environment using automatic methods.
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal reasons:
Explicit consent pursuant to Article 5/1 of the PDPL (if you give commercial electronic communication consent),
Express provision in laws pursuant to Article 5/2 (a) of the PDPL (within the scope of fulfilling our obligations arising from legislation),
Necessity of processing due to direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract pursuant to Article 5/2 (c) of the PDPL (performance of membership agreement, sales contract, execution of sales transactions and provision of after-sales service support),
Necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation pursuant to Article 5/2 (ç) of the PDPL (within the scope of providing store security camera recordings, invoicing),
Necessity of data processing for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right pursuant to Article 5/2 (e) of the PDPL (provision of store security camera recordings; execution of judicial and official processes)
Necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, pursuant to Article 5/2 (f) of the PDPL (provision of store security camera recordings; ensuring transaction security, within the scope of carrying out operational processes).
When the purpose requiring the processing of your personal data according to Article 7/1 of the PDPL ceases to exist and/or when the statute of limitations/retention periods for which we are obliged to process your data in accordance with the legislation expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Recipients of Processed Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer
The purpose of processing personal data is parallel to the purpose of data transfer. As ZEV Halı, we transfer your personal data to third parties in line with the purposes specified in this disclosure text and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL.
Your personal data may be shared with our group companies, cooperated institutions and organizations for the provision of logistics services, resolution of your requests and complaints, carrying out marketing activities, and executing personal data processing activities; and with stores using a common POS system for the execution of business processes. If you use a credit card or debit card during your shopping, your payment information is shared with the electronic payment institution and banks from which services are received. Additionally, your personal data may be shared with public authorities, official institutions and organizations upon request to fulfill our obligation to provide information within the scope of relevant legislation and to exercise our legal rights.
Data Subject Application Methods and Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our Company, you have the right to; a) learn whether your personal data is processed, b) request information if it has been processed, c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, d) know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically / abroad, e) request correction if it is incomplete / incorrectly processed, f) request deletion / destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, g) request notification of the transactions made pursuant to paragraphs (e) and (f) above to third parties to whom it has been transferred, h) object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing it exclusively through automatic systems, i) demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
Regarding your personal data processed by ZEV Halı, you can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the PDPL in writing, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, or using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address you previously notified to ZEV Halı and registered in our system, to info@zevhali.com. If you wish, you can make your application using the Data Subject Application Form. We would like to state that your data is carefully protected by our Company and thank you for your trust in us.
